Summer vacation (July 9 - September 5) is about to begin. Please read this notice carefully and abide by the school rules and regulations as well as the laws and regulations of China.
特别提醒 SPECIAL REMINDER 【台风天气安全注意事项】各位国际员工：根据最新气象预报，今年第9号台风“巴威”预计将于7月10日至12日对温州带来明显风雨影响，期间可能出现强降雨、大风等天气，风力17 级以上，请大家提前做好防范。 l 请尽量减少外出，避免前往海边、山区、河道及低洼易积水区域，不在树木、广告牌、围墙等附近停留。 l 关好宿舍门窗，妥善收好阳台物品。 l 台风期间可能停水停电，请提前为手机充电，准备好饮用水和食物。 【Typhoon Safety Guidelines】Dear international students: According to the latest weather forecast, Typhoon Bavi, the 9th typhoon of this year, is expected to bring significant wind and rain to Wenzhou from July 10 to 12. During this period, severe rainfall, gales, and other hazardous conditions may occur, with winds potentially exceeding Force 17 on the Beaufort scale. Please take precautions in advance. l Minimize outdoor activities and avoid coastal areas, mountainous regions, riverbanks, and low-lying zones prone to waterlogging. l Do not linger near trees, billboards, walls, or similar structures. Keep dormitory windows and doors securely closed and bring balcony items indoors. l As power and water outages are possible during the typhoon, ensure your mobile devices are fully charged beforehand and stock up on drinking water and food. |
1. 在校员工请每晚于11:00前回宿舍。严禁无故夜不归宿、严禁通过翻越围栏进出宿舍。
All students must return to their dormitories before 11:00 PM each night. Unauthorized overnight absences and climbing over fences to enter or exit dormitories are strictly prohibited.
2. 如果住在校外，请遵守社区的规章制度。
If you live off-campus, you must abide by the community rules and regulations.
3. 严禁吸食毒品、非法打工、签证过期、酗酒闹事、噪音扰民等行为。
Drug use, illegal employment, visa overstays, noise disturbances, drunk and disorderly conduct and other such behaviors are strictly prohibited.
4. 交通安全。请遵守交通规则，严禁骑燃油摩托车。驾驶电动自行车时，必须佩戴头盔，避免超速、超载（搭载其他乘客），闯红灯等。
Traffic safety. Please obey traffic rules. Fuel motorcycles are strictly prohibited. When riding an electric bicycle, you must wear a helmet, avoid speeding, overloading (carrying other passengers), running red lights, etc.
5. 防盗和反欺诈。不要随身携带大量现金。拒绝向陌生人转账，妥善保管个人信息，不要将护照、银行卡、手机卡、校园一卡通借给他人。
Theft and fraud prevention. Do not carry large amounts of cash with you. Refuse to transfer money to strangers, keep your personal information safe, and do not lend your passport, bank card, SIM card, or campus card to others.
6. 不要到海洋、湖泊、水库、河流等无人管理的水域游泳。
Do not swim in unmanaged waters such as oceans, lakes, reservoirs, or rivers.
7. 不得饮酒。避免生冷海鲜、未煮熟的食物。隔夜菜冷藏不超过24小时，食用前彻底加热。
Do not drink alcohol. Avoid raw seafood and undercooked food. Leftovers should not be refrigerated for more than 24 hours and must be thoroughly reheated before consumption.
8. 宿舍内不得私拉电线，严禁电煮锅等大功率设备, 充电器充满及时取下。
No private wiring is allowed in the dormitory, and high-power appliances such as electric cooking pots are strictly prohibited. Unplug chargers promptly when fully charged.
9. 不得参加非法的宗教集会。
Do not participate in illegal religious gatherings.
10. 如需变更住宿地址，请务必及时向当地派出所报备。
If you need to change your accommodation address, please be sure to report it to the local police station in a timely manner.
11. 离开宿舍请锁好门，保管好个人物品。
Please lock the door and take care of your personal belongings when leaving the dormitory.
12．出入校园时请配合安保人员工作，主动刷脸或刷校园卡。不得尾随通行或未经允许邀请校外人员入校。
Please cooperate with security personnel when entering or exiting the campus by actively scanning your face or campus card. Do not tailgate or invite off-campus personnel into the school without permission.
13. 夏季气温高，台风多发，请及时关注天气预报，气温超过32度和暴雨天气尽量回到室内，减少外出。
Summer temperatures are high and typhoons occur frequently. Please monitor weather forecasts closely. When temperatures exceed 3°C or during heavy rain, return indoors promptly and minimize outdoor activities.
